Herb butters.... fresh, real and oh, so yummy!

Ingredients
  • 1 softened stick of real butter
  • ¼ cup of finely chopped herbs -- I like Rosemary, sage and/or Thyme
Instructions
  1. By hand, beat butter until soft, gently fold in herbs.
  2. Put into ice tray and freeze.
  3. Store in freezer until use.
